We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:
- R&D RTD Manager -
Main Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Max. 35 - 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university (preferably in Food Technology)
• Having 3 years experience in the same position as R&D RTD (Ready to Drink) (bottling) with price over than 3000, preferably at Beverage FMCG Industry
• Having experience in developing products which have been successfully marketed before
• Creative thinking, problem solver, and teamwork spirit
• Having channel in OEM Industry
• Having strong leadership skill
• Having excellent analytical thinking
• Having excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to work as a team or independent and under pressure
• Easily to adapt and have strong ability in interpersonal relationship
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
Salary :
± Rp 20 - 30 mio/ month (gross) + Car (COP)
