RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities:
·         Handle telephone call courteously and efficiently, demonstrating a professional customer care attitude to every caller.
·         Handle visitors courteously, making sure that they are immediately attended to.
·         To be responsible of Front Office duties, mainly on reception, customer service and general Administration as well as maintaining the reception area in clean and good condition.

Requirements:

Sr. Finance and Accounting
Responsibilities:
·         Prepare projects progress milestone billings and man hour sales invoices
·         Maintain the Cashbook and on a weekly basis prepare the Bank reconciliations
·         Recharging of costs to Inter Companies
·         Prepare journals and enter into the General Ledger
·         Maintenance of ac Preparation of analysis and reconciliations for audits
·         Preparation of analysis and reconciliations for corporate tax
·         Liaise with Auditors, Customs Department, Inland Revenue, Tax Advisors, Banks counting records and filing
·         Supervise 3 Finance and Accounting Staffs
Requirements:
·         Ten (10) years experience in a similar position
·         Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
·         Good understanding in Tax Regulation
·         Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems; knowledge of MYOB an advantage
·         Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
Sr. Process Engineer
Responsible:
·         Process engineering input and deliverables during: studies, large or small scale engineering activities, concept selection, FEED, detailed design and EPcM assistance phases.
·          Lead/review the process engineering work e.g. process design, process modeling and equipment specification, through all the engineering phases. 
·         Participate in, contribute to and ensure full follow-up of actions from/to design reviews, HAZOP, SAFOP, operability and maintainability reviews etc.
·         Lead and instruct the process group in HSE in Design reviews and process engineering
Requirements:
·         University graduate with minimum of 10 years experience and/or diploma or equivalent graduate with minimum 12 years experience in Process or Chemical Engineering, of which 7 years has been in design and / or implementation of major projects.
·         Proven experience in oil and gas processing, treatment, sweetening, transport, analytical computations, flow assurance network analysis, pipeline hydraulics and compression is desirable.
·         Demonstrable Seniorship ability and a team player

Dear teman2 semuanya,
Terimakasih buat yang telah memforward kepada teman2 yang membutuhkan. Terje (VP Operation Statoil) telah menerima sekitar 65 applicants dan dia kirim email hari ini untuk saya terus menerima kalau ada yang masih tertarik. Teman2 yang telah melamar dari UNSRI, UNHAS, ITS, UGM, ITB dan beberapa lulusan dari negara Asia, Eropa dan Amerika.
Singkat cerita mungkin ada teman2 ada yang bertanya mengapa posisi ini tidak dimuat diwebsite Statoil. Terje pada awalnya menghubungin pihak KBRI Oslo untuk mencari orang Indonesia yang pernah studi dan bekerja di Norway (bisa salah satunya). Hubungan KBRI Oslo dan Statoil cukup bagus hingga sekarang. Kemudian seorang staff KBRI Oslo yang meminta saya memforward info ini kepada teman2 di PPI Norway (pada mulanya). Setelah beberapa saat, dengan beberapa pertimbangan, Terje meminta saya mempublishnya ke komunitas migas atau yang bersangkutan di Indonesia.

Teman2 PPI di Norway,
Hari ini setelah beberapa kali korespondensi, Terje (VP Operation Statoil untuk Asia dan Afrika) mengatakan bahwa mereka lagi expansi business yang cukup bagus di Indonesia. Dia butuh orang2 dari background Geologi dan Geophysics sejumlah 10 orang untuk ditempatkan di Statoil Indonesia secepatnya. Persyaratannya, beliau pingin yang pernah studi dan pernah kerja di Norway. Paling tidak salah satu dari diantara dua faktor tersebut.
Buat teman2 yang tertarik bisa japri ke saya dan saya akan memberikan info beliau dan dikontak lebih lanjut. Kesempatan ini bagus sekali buat teman2 yang pingin mudik :). Saya juga sempat nanya untuk bidang lainnya, beliau katakan bahwa bidang lain akan di hire selanjutnya setelah tahap explorasi (geologi dan geophyscis) :).

We may need up to 10 people now. However at this stage, we are only doing exploration. Then we mainly need geologist and geophysics. However, if or when we do a discovery, or if we farm in to a producing asset, we will also need other disciplines. That will be relevant in our next phase of recruitment.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

Requirements:
•Female with minimum 20 years old
•Experience in Accounting / Administration / Tax min. 1 year,  Fresh Graduates are Preferable
•S1/D3 bachelor degree in Accounting / Administration / Tax / Management with minimum GPA 2.75
•Good in English (writing and Speaking)
•Good interpersonal skill
•Salary range Rp. 2.5 - 3 million
