BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Building Material/Chemical)
Duties and Responsibilities :
• Establish a marketing strategy and distribution of paint nationally
• Provide placement recommendations paint machines (technical aspects and distribution)
• Monitor the achievement of national sales paints
• Formulate pricing and commercial programs paint
• Designing a commercial paint equipment
• Designing the concept of paint products with R & D div
• Designing a system concept and the production of POS paints
• Directs the installation and maintenance operations machines (POS)
• Building systems and procedures department of tinting
• Build and manage human resource departments of tinting
Jobs requirement :
• Male or Female max 35 years old
• Minimum 5 years experience in building material / chemical industry
• Fluent English both oral and written
• Good Analytical and Conceptual thinking skill, active ,self motivated, dynamic, creative and innovative
• Excellent communication and analytical skill with a high ability to develop business strategy and manage implementation
• Have a good skill how to manage people, project and team
• Good at networking and presentation skill
• Having cognitive thinker and decision maker
